Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HealthyCoach AI (the "Service"), operated from Georgia, USA. By subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.
2. What the Service is
HealthyCoach AI provides AI-powered nutrition coaching through Healthy Hannah and Healthy Harry. The All-Access Bundle also includes basic exercise suggestions. Our coaches are artificial intelligence, not people.
3. Not medical advice
The Service gives general wellness and nutrition information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a doctor-patient or dietitian-client relationship. Always talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating. Never ignore professional advice because of something a coach said. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
4. AI limitations and your responsibility
AI can make mistakes. Menus, ingredients, prices, and nutrition information change often and vary by location, and our coaches cannot see live store inventory or menus. Always read labels and confirm ingredients with the restaurant or manufacturer, especially if you have allergies or intolerances. Exercise is done at your own risk. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and see a doctor.
5. Plans, billing, and renewal
- Single Coach Pass: access to one coach (Healthy Hannah or Healthy Harry) for one person.
- All-Access Bundle: access to both coaches and basic exercise suggestions, for up to 3 people in one household.
- Messaging is subject to fair use: approximately 150 messages per month for the Single Coach Pass, and approximately 250 messages per month shared across the household for the All-Access Bundle. If you reach your limit, you can buy an optional extra messages pack, or your allowance resets at the start of your next billing month. We may limit or pause access that is excessive, automated, or shared beyond the plan limits.
- Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged automatically through Stripe until you cancel. Prices are shown on our website, along with any loyalty price reductions we offer. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal. Applicable taxes may apply.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time using the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on our website. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Household sharing and acceptable use
Do not share your access with people outside the permitted number or outside your household. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to copy or extract our coach instructions, overload or disrupt the Service, use it for unlawful purposes, or ask it to provide harmful content.
8. Our content
The Service, including the coaches, characters, text, and design, belongs to HealthyCoach AI and may not be copied or resold without permission. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you give us permission to use it to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any health, weight, fitness, or financial results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthyCoach AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow certain limits, so these may not fully apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
