Information we collect
- Account and billing information. When you subscribe, our payment provider, Stripe, collects your name, email, and payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Information you share with your coach. To personalize advice, your coach may ask about your goals, food preferences, allergies, household members, budget, location, and, if you choose to share it, health conditions, medications, injuries, and fitness details. Sharing is optional. Please share only what you are comfortable with.
- Conversation content. Messages you send to your coach and the replies you receive.
- Technical information. Basic data such as device type, browser, and approximate location from your IP address, collected by our hosting and chat providers.
How we use information
- To provide, personalize, and operate the Service and your subscription.
- To process payments, manage cancellations, and send receipts and service messages.
- To respond to support requests, keep the Service safe and secure, and fix problems.
- To improve the Service and our coaches' instructions.
- To comply with legal obligations.
AI processing and service providers
Your coach is powered by artificial intelligence. Your messages are processed by our chat provider, Chatbase, and by the AI model providers it uses, so that your coach can reply. We also use Stripe for payments and Netlify to host this website. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Sensitive information
Health-related details you share are used only to give you more relevant food and wellness guidance. Our coaches provide general information, not medical advice. Please do not share information about other people unless you have their permission, and do not use the chat for emergencies.
Household members
The All-Access Bundle may be used by up to 3 people in one household. Each person should use their own profile and share only their own information.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information (see "Your choices").
Your choices and rights
You can cancel your subscription at any time using the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on our website. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support.healthycoach@gmail.com. Where the law gives you additional rights, such as in certain US states, the UK, or the EU, we will honor valid requests as required. We may need to verify your identity first.
International users
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
Children
The Service is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards and trusted providers to protect your information, but no online service can be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
